Online 360-Degree Feedback
"Self awareness is the cornerstone of development."
Center For Creative Leadership
Online HR Solutions is specifically designed to administer 360-degree feedback processes for organisations that want to tailor the questions or the flavour of the survey to better suit their organisation’s unique culture, rather than accept the use of a research-based generic 360-degree feedback product. 360-degree feedback processes are also termed multi-rater processes.
It is designed to use your competencies, skills or core (corporate) values and language in order to provide feedback to your managers and staff, as part of a company 360-degree feedback process or initiative.
The selected questions for the survey CAN be taken from a repository of questions derived by willbak.com. Alternatively, the questions can be uniquely defined by the client - they can have their own wording.
Any 360-degree feedback fully customised questionnaire including any type of rating scale(s) can be used, and similarly, a tailored report output so it has the most meaning.
The survey questionnaire also allows quantitative and qualitative information to be easily gathered.
Self-assessment surveys are distributed to individual participants to submit. Each participant is then required to nominate a range of feedback givers / respondents from whom they wish to receive feedback. The respondents must come from a range of people that have different relationships to them, being immediate manager/s, peers, direct reports or others (eg. external clients/customers/contacts.)
Surveys are distributed to nominated employees within an organisation, and to nominated feedback givers from outside of the client’s organisation boundaries.
A two-step reminder facility is designed to increase survey (completion) response rate.
Individual participant’s feedback reports can be scored once all of their nominated feedback givers have submitted their surveys. Alternatively, an individual’s feedback report can be generated at any time it is deemed unlikely to receive any further feedback for the individual.
Group (or corporate) reports can be compiled after all likely feedback is received. Tailored, integrated corporate (group) and business unit (divisional) reports can also be generated as required, highlighting key strengths and development needs - in effect, a mini training needs analysis.
