Online EOS™ can be used for any form of employee or organisational survey, be they employee opinion surveys, cultural, climate (pulse) surveys, skills audits etc using your customised information rather than generic organisational information. Surveys provide you with key snapshots at important periods and serve as an important barometer and feeder into other HR or corporate planning processes. Online EOS™ can also be used as a follow on from a proprietary, research-based tool where you wish to 'drill' down on key areas.

Surveys can be distributed to all, or selected employees within an organisation, or to chosen feedback givers from a range of companies / organisations.

We can use any questionnaire including any type of rating scale(s) and, similarly, tailor the report output so it has the most meaning for you. A two-step reminder facility is designed to increase your survey (completion) response rate.

The feedback provided in the surveys can be compiled into tailored, integrated corporate (group) and business unit (divisional) reports as required to dissect the data to represent the results.

In addition to the data extraction, in-depth analysis can identify themes from analysing qualitative information.
