Online LDP™ is designed to assist you to maintain development momentum and ensure that improvement or behaviour change is realised at the individual level.

Features of Online LDP™ are action planning and periodic reviews, with involvement of both the employee and their manager in this important process. We can also incorporate online tutorials/modules and coaching tips as part of this facility.

At any stage, the individual and manager can use the Online LDP™ "log" to capture important key points, achievements or working (progress) notes.
