Online PM™ can be used as:

  • A stand-alone tool complementing your performance development system
  • A complementary tool to Online LDP™

Similar to the Online LDP™ tool, we use your Performance Plan (template) and workflow your performance planning and review cycle. The tool allows you to manage and measure performance in key result areas (the WHAT) and competency areas (skills and behaviours) (the HOW). We create the e-version of your existing paper based system or proforma.

Features of Online PM™ are performance planning including linkage to your Key Success Factors, set performance reviews, with involvement of both the employee and their manager in this important process. We can also incorporate online tutorials/modules and coaching tips as part of this facility.

In between review cycles, we facilitate progress reminders (eg. on a bi-monthly basis) to enable the individual to capture in their Online PM™ “log” performance highlights/achievements, track progress against key targets, and any key feedback received during the intervening period.
