This new tool has been developed collaboratively with our partner Karen Billsborough (BMAKT).
KEEP© is designed to assist organisations to build and keep team capability especially in key areas of the business.
It can be used for any size and type of team (eg. Executive, Functional) whether new or existing and anytime in the year, including post restructuring, transition or change management process.
The focus of KEEP is not to “measure” individual members of the team per se (similar to a 360), but rather to look at the team as a whole against a framework for success.
The KEEP output assists the organisation to establish a baseline of where the team is at and identify areas of opportunity to both strengthen and improve. The information can be also used as part of a Team Development Strategy and/or Team Building initiatives etc.
