Online HR Solutions can be used for any form of TNA or skills audit using your customised information rather than generic organisation information. Surveys provide key snapshots at important periods and serve as an important barometer and feeder into other HR or corporate planning processes. Online HR Solutions can also be used as a follow on from a proprietary, research-based tool to 'drill' down on key areas.

Any questionnaire including any type of rating scale(s) can be used, and similarly, tailored report output so it has the most meaning.

Individuals are issued with a TNA survey to complete, and once this single survey is submitted, the TNA results report can be generated for that individual.

A group (corporate) feedback report can be generated to determine the training needs of the organisation or group.
